Anyone can now contribute to the Greater Pollok Community Portal. If you have not signed up for an account (see box at bottom of column at the left) then you can only comment on posts you see in the site. However, if you sign up for an account then you can add your own postings.
If you are interested in being even more involved then contact the portal administrator (follow link 'administrator' at the bottom of this post) and you could be given permissions to let you create your own community group entry, polls, etc.
Once you have an account on the portal and click on the 'contribute' option you will see a list of the types of post that you can create appear under 'contribute'.
Simply click on any of these options and you will be presented with a form for entering your text and uploading any images (where appropriate). Your post will appear immediately on the portal as soon as you 'submit' the post.
To make sure that your post appears everywhere in the portal that may be visited by someone you may want to reach, please select the 'categories' and groups' that are represent your target audience.
